Just spotted this article over at Celsias about a handy tool for folk in the USA to appraise the impact global warming and climate change may have on their property value (and presumably livability).
Timely considering yesterday’s deluge in Northland. You have to wonder what is going to happen to property prices and insurance costs as this type of weather event becomes more frequent and violent in coming years.
