Earth Hour is on 29 March 2008 at 8pm, and it looks like it’s going to be really big. So far, as well as Sydney, there’ll also be Christchurch, Chicago, Tel Aviv, Manila, Copenhagen, Melbourne, Brisbane and Toronto all turning off their lights for an hour in the name of fighting global warming. And I’m sure there’ll be more cities by March.

hi i am from chch but now i live in fairbanks alaska and i have been hearing about earth hour on more fm from the computer. i am 13 and i am going to do it but fairbanks isnt going to do it which is stupid because it is run by three coal power plants!! ho well maby next year but probably not cya.
